Prophet Daniel Yaw Nkansah has been granted bail of GH¢10 million by the Accra High Court amid serious allegations of land fraud. Nkansah is accused of defrauding Marian Nana Ama Adam by falsely claiming to sell her land in Cantonments. The prosecution contended that he poses a flight risk, citing a history of non-compliance with previous bail conditions. Allegedly, Nkansah received a total of USD500,000 and GH¢1,200,000 from Adam to facilitate a land permit, only for the land to later be claimed by Kano Shipping Company. Following two prior bail requests that were denied, this latest decision allows Nkansah to remain free until his next court appearance scheduled for January 27, 2026.
