Nigerian music star Burna Boy encountered unexpected customs challenges upon his arrival at a Moroccan airport, where he was detained due to issues related to his jewellery. The incident occurred as he was set to headline the AFCON Fan Zone concert in Rabat on January 16. CAF President Patrice Motsepe intervened to resolve the situation amicably, allowing Burna Boy to proceed with his performance. The concert also featured other prominent artists, including Ghana's Stonebwoy and Moroccan stars Stormy and Jaylann, making it a significant event in the entertainment calendar during the AFCON festivities.
