Three Arrested in Tamale Baby Theft Case as Police Investigate

The Northern Regional Police have arrested three suspects in connection with the theft of a newborn from One Heart Hospital in Tamale. The arrests occurred on December 21, 2025, and involve two nurses and a security guard. The incident was triggered by a woman impersonating a nurse who deceitfully took the baby under false pretenses.
