The family of the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka has formally addressed the public, urging Ghanaians to disregard all rumors and reports concerning a purported burial date for the deceased religious leader and innovator. During a recent press conference, family representatives clarified that no final arrangements have been concluded, as several critical issues surrounding the transition remain unresolved. The announcement comes amidst heightened public interest and the circulation of unverified information regarding the final funeral rites of the influential founder of the Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana.

Speaking on behalf of the family, Nana Kwadwo Safo Akofena I revealed that internal disagreements persist regarding the execution of the funeral plans. Central to these disputes are conflicting interpretations of the late Apostle’s last will and testament, as well as questions concerning the custody of his remains. To navigate these complexities, the family has officially engaged legal representatives to ensure that the specific wishes expressed by Apostle Safo Kantanka in his will are strictly honored and legally protected. This step aims to prevent any deviations from the leader's final instructions while the family seeks internal harmony.

The family expressed deep concern over the spread of misinformation, which they believe could cause confusion among the members of the Kristo Asafo Mission and the wider Ghanaian public. They emphasized that the late Apostle was a figure of national importance, and as such, his funeral rites must be handled with the utmost dignity, transparency, and adherence to his personal legacy. By seeking legal intervention and public cooperation, the family hope to preserve the sanctity of the Apostle's memory and ensure that his final journey is conducted without further controversy.

In their closing remarks, the family appealed for patience and calm during this period of mourning and transition. They stressed that all official updates regarding the burial and funeral arrangements will be communicated exclusively through authorized family channels and verified spokespersons. The public and followers of the Kristo Asafo Mission are advised to remain cautious of social media reports and wait for a definitive announcement from the family leadership, which will be released once the ongoing legal and administrative processes are successfully concluded.
