The overnight raid, conducted on June 22, targeted multiple locations including the communities of Koleonu, Wegbe, and Akplamafu. Based on credible intelligence, the operation uncovered an integrated facility where cannabis was not only cultivated but also processed and stored for distribution, marking a significant breakthrough in the commission's 2026 anti-narcotics campaign.

During the raid, NACOC's tactical team discovered that the illicit operation was notably advanced, featuring specialized equipment for the production of hashish oil.
