In a shocking revelation, 22-year-old Lawrencia Partey has publicly accused her father, Inspector Lawrence Partey of the Nsawam Police Service, of sexually abusing her since she was just 14 years old. During a live interview on Sompa TV, Lawrencia detailed the harrowing experiences of long-term abuse and the threats made by her father to silence her. Despite having reported the incidents to the police previously, she claims that her father was released and the abuse has continued. Lawrencia expressed her desperation to escape the situation, highlighting the tragic death of her stepmother, who was aware of the abuse, as a significant barrier to intervention. Her courageous decision to speak out aims to seek help and raise awareness about the grave issue of incest and abuse within families.
