During his visit to the Prisons Borstal Recruitment Screening Centre in Accra, he highlighted that these reforms were necessary due to previous recruitment flaws, including corruption and irregularities such as the sale of recruitment slots. The new fully digital recruitment cycle enhances transparency, fairness, and efficiency, effectively eliminating past exploitative practices.
