Ghana has launched the Ghana Entrepreneurship Policy Chatbot (Gepbot) to aid entrepreneurs in navigating the complexities of government policies and regulations. The chatbot was introduced during the Ghana Digital and Innovation Week (GDIW) 2025 held in Accra, with the objective of providing quick and accurate responses to policy-related inquiries. This initiative aims to mitigate delays caused by uncertainties surrounding regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing the overall entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country. Funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and implemented by GIZ GmbH, the Gepbot addresses significant challenges faced by entrepreneurs in accessing reliable information.
