The Central Regional Police Command has confirmed the tragic death of Emmanuel Arthur, a 17-year-old final-year student at Mfantsipim Senior High School, whose body was discovered in an uncompleted building in Cape Coast. The discovery, which occurred on June 11, 2026, has sent shockwaves through the school community and the wider Central Region.
